Where we ship
We ship worldwide. We've successfully delivered orders to Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, England, Germany, Belgium, Puerto Rico and Canada, and our checkout calculates international shipping for many more destinations.
If your country isn't listed
If you don't see your country at checkout, simply email us and we'll arrange your order by email or phone. We can usually work it out together.
Keep costs down
Keeping your order under 4 lbs greatly reduces shipping charges. We've created special international sizes and options for the most efficient product-to-shipping ratio — look for them in the shop.
Delivery times
Canada & Puerto Rico typically arrive in 4–8 days; Europe in 4–10 days; Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines in 6–16 days, depending on your location and local customs.
Tracking & lost orders
Most shipments are tracked end to end. If a package is delayed or lost, contact us right away and we'll work with the carrier to make it right — by reshipping or refunding the product price. Please note shipping fees themselves are non-refundable on lost or damaged international parcels.
